BOON PET PORTRAIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reference photo: Client must have full ownership of photo or permission of use. 5 photo limit. Different angles can be helpful for understanding the pet.

Personal information is not shared, sold, or rented to any other party outside of Boon and the artist. 

Timeframe: Start date is listed on invoice. Martin works on 3 portraits concurrently. Martin will reach out to finalize the reference photo and discuss any preferences. She will share a refined sketch to show composition before detail applied, and color swatch for gouache. Allow two weeks for completion. A photo of the final portrait will be sent to the client. If a client wants any changes made to the final portrait, additional fees may apply. 

Rights and Ownership: Boon and artist retain the right to use pet portraits for promotional purposes unless specified by client.

All sales final.

Shipping: Portrait will be insured for full value and shipped domestically via UPS Ground. If an item is damaged or lost, a claim will be filed and Boon will work directly with the client to resolve the issue. A refund will be issued or a replacement portrait will be created.
